Now I will to explain how can to change to English google,gmail account and blog: 

• Gmail account: Settings; gmail display language ; choose the language that you want ; save changes 
• Blog: Settings ; language and formating ; choose the language that you want in the headless of Laguange; save changes  
• Google: enter to the google page ; at the bottom of the page you choose the language that you want
